Isobel Smith, Artistic Director of Grist to the Mill, is an experienced course leader and ideas person, she devises and delivers excellent creative workshops in a variety of settings.
In addition, she set up The Flying Club creative coaching to nurture creativity in others.

City College Southampton, puppetry workshops for English for Speakers of Other Languages, refugee enrichment program
Polegate School, East Sussex. A three year Creative Partnerships project: ‘Pushing the Boundaries of What’s Possible with Puppets in Schools’ with reception to year 6 students, teachers, TA’s and parents. Isobel maintains strong links with the school on a consultancy basis.
Fernhurst Primary School, West Sussex. Creative Partnerships project using puppetry to encourage reception children to engage with their outside space.
Mouslecombe Primary School. Brighton. Working with year 6 students to make puppets and perform Rudyard Kipling’s The Elephant’s Child.
